There are two electronic wallets (e-wallets) shown in your account.
The Wallet Balance holds all of the purchased credits (1 credit is equivalent to AED 1) that you can use to purchase products from our platform(s) and the other, the Winning Wallet, is used to transfer your earned reward(s) in your winning wallet, so you can have it transferred to your bank account.
Please note that, the Wallet balance amount cannot be requested for withdrawal. Only the winning wallet amount is considered for withdrawals.
You can transfer your winning wallet balance to your wallet balance to make more purchase, but once the amount is transferred to wallet balance, it becomes non-refundable.

The credits in your Wallet Balance do not expire and will remain in your account for you to use at any time, this is subject to your account remaining active.
If your account becomes deactivated by our complaiance team, you need to provide enough evidance in order for complaince team to reactivate your account. Otherwise, any wallet balance held in a disabled account shall be lost permanently.
Your account can get deactivated due to malicious activity noted by our compliance team, and the reason must have been sent in an SMS to your registered phone number and/or to your registered phone number.
In this case, we advise you to reach our complaince team at +971 4 397 4070 to resolve the issue and to regain access to your account.
Once you have enrolled and received confirmation of your purchase, you cannot cancel the product purchase, but you can request for cancellation with an adequete reason of cancellation.
